OVERVIEW

End-to-end UX research and design for a digital banking experience focused on financial literacy. The flow was built as a mobile-first product with iterative prototyping and usability testing.

PROBLEM

Traditional banking apps focus on transactions but do not help users understand the reasons behind their financial behavior. Younger users especially struggle with financial terminology and confidence.

  • 73% of users aged 18-30 felt confused by banking terminology
  • Users asked for contextual education inside the main journey
  • Visual patterns were more effective than pure numeric data
  • Goal systems worked only when motivation felt authentic
